WEEK 1: Financial OS Kickoff. We take the rough numbers from your Double Your Take-Home workshop diagnosis and validate them against your real financials, line by line. Every expense category. Every gap. Every dollar that should be reaching you and isn’t.
WEEKS 2–3: Expense Structure Buildout + E2P Deep-Dive. We build dashboards for every expense category, assign accountability owners, and install a monthly reporting rhythm so the fixes don’t just happen once. Then your advisory team evaluates every “maybe” from your Expenses-to-Profit exercise and builds a plan for the best opportunity… the one that typically pays for the entire engagement in the first 30–60 days.
WEEK 4+: Accountability Check & 90-Day Sprint. First review, recalibrate targets, and lock in your profit-focused 90-day goals. This is where the expense diagnosis you built in May becomes the system you run for the rest of the year.
